If you want to further customize the MSI, download WinInstall LE 2003 from ondemand.com. Import the ica32.msi. Right click on the package in WinInstall and choose expand. This will expand the contents of the MSI's internal .cab files onto your HD, in the packages directory "\program files\ondemand\winstall le\packages", or something similar. Then you can replace files like pn.ini/pn.src in the package directory. After you're done with that, right click on the package again in WinInstall and choose compress. The resulting .msi will be quite a bit bigger than the original, but this will further automate things, especially if you're running older versions of Metaframe (without the HTTP stuff)
