12.0 Online Web Plug-in Using Single Sign On - SSON Fails with Web Interface
http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX124871
With the release of the new 12.0 Online Plug-in for windows client, Single Sign On (SSON) might not work as it did in previous releases. As a result, SSON appears to not be configurable in the 12.0 client. This issue only affects customers using the Web Client and Web Interface; it does not affect Program Neighborhood Agent users. Citrix is working on a permanent solution and this article will be updated when it becomes available. In the meantime, the below workarounds will resolve the problem.
Caution! This procedure requires you to edit the registry. Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that might require you to reinstall your operating system. Citrix cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. Back up the registry before you edit it.
Use the following steps to enable SSON in the 12.0 client.
For Win32 Workstations:
Add the Web Interface Site to the Trusted Site List.
For example, in Internet Explorer:
Go to Tools > Options > Security tab.
Click on the Trusted sites icon.
Click on the Sites button.
Type in the URL to your Web Interface Site and select Add.
Apply the attached Registry File, SsonRegUpx86.reg.
Log off and back on to the workstation.
For Win64 Workstations:
Add the Web Interface Site to the Trusted Site List.
For example, in Internet Explorer:
Go to Tools > Options > Security tab.
Click on the Trusted sites icon.
Click on the Sites button.
Type in the URL to your Web Interface Site and select Add.
Apply the attached Registry File, SsonRegUpx64.reg.
Log off and back on to the workstation.
