This is not a small app, but it went quite well into App-V v5 (Sp2 hf4)

It has a word addin. So created an extra shortcut to run word and load the Tedds addin (which is a VSTO addin, left the VSTO as a physical install). When testing the app on the app-V client, we had the error you get when you run Office from within the app-v environment.

So added the reg key:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Word\Options]
"NoReReg"=dword:00000001

For those in the RegAdd world:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Word\Options /v NoReReg /t REG_DWORD /d 1
