The setup.exe is located inside the PVD17 folder. This is an NSIS installer, so the only relevant switch is /S. Note that /S is case-senstive.
Setup.exe /S
Post-install, PowerDVD requires a license key to be entered and a first-run, and I could find no way with NSIS to automate the post-install requirements.
To uninstall: %ProgramFiles%\NSIS Uninstall Information\{D15BFD7F-6BBA-49A7-A6B1-14C00DCA6842}\Setup.exe /S
Setup Information:
Setup Type: Legacy Setup with command line support
Deployment Method Used: Vendor Provided Command Line (switch driven)
