First run 'Setup.exe -r' to create a setup.iss file which is stored in the 'C:\Windows' folder. Then, copy the setup.iss file to the source directory. Finally, run 'Setup.exe -s'.
Note: running 'Setup.exe -s' under the SYSTEM account (or any installation without an actual profile) causes an error with the Document Manager component that loads from the 'Run' key upon boot. In this instance, removing this value resolves the issue (assuming the Document Manager isn't needed). See below:
