I deployed this package using PDQ-Deploy Pro Version 3. -- Important note -- In PDQ Deploy you want to "Run as Local System" after you choose your admin credentials to run it as.

It was important for the package to deploy successfully without any user interaction to copy the "reseau.ini" and "reseau.mst" to the local drive and then access them from there with the deployment command. Otherwise when you start the program for the first time it will ask you to complete the registration form again. Now I was using a local folder called C:\Work to do most of my deployments but you can use anything you want really.
