The online download for RoboHelp is an InstallShield self-extracting executable that dumps the installation files in a temporary subdirectory of the %TEMP% directory. Copy out the "RoboHelp Office.msi" file (which contains the installation files in an internal CAB) to store it on a network share for deployment.
The MSI provided by eHelp cannot be executed directly. Run the setup.exe with a "/?" for supported command line options. These include a silent installation option that I could not get to work. My guess is that it is failing becuase no license information is being provided to the installation. What does work is a standard -r to record, and -s to utilize a custom answer file.
