To get the certificate file you can do this:
- Right Click on the setup.exe file and choose Properties
- Click on the tab "Digital Signatures"
- Choose the Elaborate Bytes AG certificate and click "Details"
- In the new dialog click on "View Certificate"
- Under the Details tab you can choose "Copy to file.."
- Click through the wizard and use the command from roedi in the entry above to add the certificate before you install the application

When this gets installed the cert store was fully created.
I get the cert through the usual methods.
I add the -f switch to force the install of the cert.
certutil -f -addstore "TrustedPublisher" cert.cer
SetupVirtualCloneDrive5450.exe /S /noreboot
