Note
To create the configuration XML file:

Install NOD32 on a machine and configure as desired click the "setup" link in the upper right corner of the screen in the drop-down menu, select "Import/export settings" save the file as "cfg.xml" in a convenient location.

You can give the config file any name you want, but if you use "cfg.xml" AND place the config file in the same directory as the MSI file, then the "ADMINCFG" parameter in the msiexec command line above is not necessary.
