Download ArcGIS Earth installer from https://www.esri.com/software/arcgis-earthExtract the files to a folder that is easy to find.
Zip those files up and upload them to your k1000 box as a managed install (you'll need to install it once and get it into inventory first!)
Choose "Override Installation"
The command line that I found worked is:
msiexec.exe /i ArcGISEarth.msi INSTALLDIR="C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Earth" ALLUSERS=1 /quiet
with "do not prepend msiexec.exe" also selected.
