To deploy FedExShipManager download the exe from fedex (I download 2606), then use Universal Extractor or double click the exe to extract the files to %temp%.

Once extracted you find FedEx Ship Manager.msi, dotnetfx20.exe and vjredist20.exe.

If you don't all ready have dotnet 2.0 and Microsoft Visual J# 2.0 installed you will need to install them.

to install Microsoft Visual J# 2.0 extract vjredist20.exe using Universal Extractor to find the jsredist.msi. Note you will need all the files in the folder and then use the following command line to install

msiexec.exe /i "vjredist20\jsredist.msi" ADDEPLOY=1 /qn

next you will need to create a transform file to be used with "FedEx Ship Manager.msi", I used ORCA to create my transform and then change \ add the following in the property table.

AgreeToLicense = Yes

CHOOSE_COUNTRY_LISTBOX=NAM2 (this is for canada)

DOTNETVERSION20 = #1

GUI_LANG = ENG

GUI_LANG_DOTNET = en-US

JSHARPVERSION20 = #1

NEW_INSTALL = 1

SYBASE_VERSION = 11 (had to add this row)

Generate your transform and then use the following command line to install

MSIEXEC.EXE TRANSFORMS="FedEx Ship Manager.mst" /i "FedEx Ship Manager.msi" /qn
