Command Line
You can also use the command line to install with all of the options. I chose this option for my Windows Deployment Server

msiexec -i "FileMaker Pro 10.msi" AI_USERNAME="MyUserName" AI_ORGANIZATION="LicenceeName" AI_LICENSEKEY=11111-22222-33333-44444-55555-66666-77777 AI_LANGUAGE="English" AI_APPLICATIONUSERS="AllUsers" AI_NONEWDATABASES=0 AI_SHORTCUTS=1 AI_REGISTRATION=0 AI_SKIPDIALOG=1 AI_DISABLEUPDATENOTIFY=0 /qb

If you choose this method with a batch file or similar, keep in mind that you have to map the drive or copy the files locally.... e.g

net use z: \\server\filemakershare
z:
start /wait msiex...............
net use z: /delete

If you do not want to store the key in a file you can also pass the variable to the batch file, for instance if you wanted to deploy via a GPO.

Note
You need the following files to to an silent install
setup(directory)
*.mst correct language mst
Assisted Install.txt
Data1.cab
Data2.cab
Data3.cab
Data4.cab
Filemaker Pro 10.msi

All theese file/directories can be found in the directory FM1CD\Files

Again as previous version edit the Assisted install.txt with correct parameters. For info read http://www.filemaker.com/downloads/pdf/fmp10_network_install_setup.pdf

I also added a mst which i changed the property
Agreetolicense=Yes
And added a custom action if you want to change the INSTALLDIR
