I was able to do a silent install of k-lite codec pack 2.8.0 using the following switches:

"Filename" /verysilent /norestart

Where "Filename" stands for the codec pack you intend to install.

To install K-Lite CodecPack you can use the switch -MakeUnattended to start a wizard that creates a .inf-file and a .bat-file for a customized and unattended installation.

This works for the Standard Pack, but not for the Basic.
