Security Center 5.8:

Security Center Setup.exe /ISFeatureInstall=Client /log""C:\Logs\"" /silent AGREETOLICENSE=Yes COLLECTPOLICY=Off SAMA_COLLECTPOLICY=Off PRODUCT_UPDATES=false

A forced restart is required after installation; I called a restart script from this install script

Delete Genetec Update Service folder (x64)

RMDIR /S /Q ""%PROGRAMFILES(x86)%\Genetec Update Service\

A restart is required after the uninstall, too.
