Use the following command line to use the default HEC-HMS_40_Setup.exe. No desktop shortcut is created however.
HEC-HMS_40_Setup.exe /S /v/qn
To deploy to Windows 7 with a shortcut, run it on a temp system, and copy the shortcut off the Programs Menu to your distribution folder with the Setup file in the same location. Then create the following in a bat file and name it whatever you want.
HEC-HMS_40_Setup.exe /S /v/qn
xcopy "HEC-HMS 4.0.lnk" C:\Users\Public\Desktop /v /q /y
EXIT /B
