The included executable (that, incidentally functions as a CD browser) doesn't appear to work very well under AppV.
The way I got around this was I found that the entire application was basically written in Flash, and so the executable that runs off the CD is pretty much just a bootstrapper that contains the Flash runtime.
Adobe provides a standalone debug executable that takes a *.swf as a command parameter, and so substituting this with a parameter passed to the main *.swf on the root of the "disc" worked well enough.
