Should be sooo simple. Tick box options to add desktop shortcuts and Microsoft Office Integration.
Drop the property for the desktop shortcut (like usual) MSI errors.. Turns out there is another component that writes the value of the Property for the DesktopShortcut. So, put the property back in with a value of "0". All fine.

Also worth noting, the original OrgPlus EXE can be extracted, there is an extra EXE (and some uncompressed files) all are needed, there is a CustomAction that installs HumanConcepts OrgPlus 9 Plug-in (v9.0.1594.0). The customaction does at lease un-install it too
