Using SCCM 2012 i created an Application with this command line.

I believe you do not need the Transforms parameter if you want your installation to be in English. (we needed the french version).

If you have a license server, you need to replace the AUTHCODE with something else. look it up in the documentation.

msiexec.exe /i "IBM SPSS Statistics 23.msi" /qn AUTHCODE="your_license_key_here" Transforms=1036.mst /norestart
