UltraEdit 32 does not anymore support creating .reg files to activate your license.
In UEdit Version 17.00, UES 11.00 and UC 8.00 or higher you can get your clients activated with the following command line:

uedit32.exe /lic,e="<LicenseID>|<Password>"

To Uninstall UltraEdit just simply use the /uninst switch.
