There is an MSI File but the setup could only start with the setup.exe file. And it was not possible to use the option /v to pass arguments to Msiexec!

1. Create a setup.iss with "setup.exe /r" (The setup file will be placed in the windir folder)

2. Start "setup.exe /S /f1"%PathToIssFile%\setup.iss"
