Inspiration uses a VISE installer which doesn't use the usual switches.   installer does however have an option to record steps like an ISS file.

Recording steps

<install file>.exe -r: settingsrec.ini

The settingsrec.ini file is placed in the source folder.

Using recorded answer file;

<install file>.exe -p: settingsrec.ini

Uninstallation requires the removal as Inspiration 9 dumps NeroPDF printer in the background without telling you.   Using a CMD file sorts this out.

"C:\Program Files\Softland\novaPDF 7\unins000.exe" /verysilent /norestart

Detection criteria is easiest by looking for the exe file and version number.
