Packaged this one up breaking the first rule in the book, dont repackage a vendor msi . . .
when you run the captivate setup it extracts 2 msi files and runs from these, one is the software itself and the other is the latest installsheild script engine.
I did get it to eventually work, just had to create a new shortcut with advertising and its all good

Use a wrapper for Setup:

- run Setup.exe
User enters installataion options

- import your license information into C:\Documents and settings\%USERNAME%\Application Data\Macromedia\Captivate_v10.dat

- import your license information into registry. Look under

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Macromedia\Application Data\Activated]
"Captivate"="yes"
and
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Macromedia\Captivate\1.0\Registration]

- test on a PC to obtain Captivate_v10.dat and the regsitry keys stored in HKLM
