The client can be found in ISO image for Forefront TMG under the folder client. The file is named MS_FWC.MSI. When you run an unattended installation you have the following parameters;
SERVER_NAME_OR_IP=name or ip of TMG server
ENABLE_AUTO_DETECT=Use 1 to enable or 0 to disable for automatic detection of TMG Server
REFRESH_WEB_PROXY=Use 1 to enable or 0 to disable to refresh the web proxy configuration
/qb or /qn for silent options
/L*v c:\fwc_inst.log
/REBOOT=Force or Suppress or ReallySuppress
REBOOTPROMPT

Example of installation;
msiexec /i ms_fwc.msi SERVER_NAME_OR_IP=tmgserver ENABLE_AUTO_DETECT=0 REFRESH_WEB_PROXY=0 REBOOT=ReallySuppress /qn /L*v c:\fwc_inst.log
