In addition to antivirus, MSSE includes all the antispyware functionality which was in Windows Defender. On Vista, the MSSE installer will automatically disable Defender. However, on Windows XP (which does not come with Defender built-in like Vista), if Defender was previously installed, you should uninstall it before installing MSSE.
It's possible to deploy this with Active Directory Software Distribution (obviously other methods as well in the combination MSI + MST).
Download the mseinstall.exe from Microsoft and open it in WinRAR or 7Zip (other extractors might work as well). The example I use here is for the x64 version.
In the folder amd64 you can find the epp.msi file which you can edit with ORCA (Google "ORCA msi editor" if you don't know what it is). Now create a new Transform file and add the following values to the table "property" located in the left column.
AMPRODUCT MORRO

Save the new transform with a name to your liking and add the MSI and the new MST to the Active Directory Software Distribution or any other deployment method.
Only use this product for home-usage!
Hi,
The commandline option for uninstall seems to have changed.
With version 4.4.304 I needed to use the following parameters for a proper uninstall:
"%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Security Essentials\setup.exe" /u /s
