Tested on both Windows 7 x86 / x64

- First of all download the .exe of SyncToy (there is a x64 version)
- Extract the .exe with for example IZArc.
You then get 3 MSI stored in 3 different folders.

2 of these MSIs are some prerequisities, so install them respecting this order :

* Synchronization-v2.0-x86-ENU.msi
* ProviderServices-v2.0-x86-ENU.msi
* SyncToySetup.msi

If using scripts, use the classical msiexec /i command to do the installtion.

- Fine Tuning to disable the "improvement program" prompt, load this reg on a per user basis :
