Sequencing Visio 2013 Standard
I have done this a few times now, normally when clients are a bit confused by the new way of doing it. Every time I do it I get different issues. There are some vague guides about, nearly all have slightly different cmd lines. Visio kept failing, Project worked straight away, took the Visio CMD line home, it worked first time. Weird.

Run "officedeploymenttool.exe" (the Link is below) to extract "setup.exe" and a sample "Configuration.xml".

Edit "Configuration.xml" to read:
<Configuration>
  <Add OfficeClientEdition="32" >
    <Product ID="VisioStdVolume">
      <Language ID="en-us" />
    </Product>
  </Add>
</Configuration>

Run the following command to download the Visio 2013 32bit Standard Volume click-to-run files from Microsoft:
setup.exe  /download  Configuration.xml
These files are extracted into an "Office\Data" sub-folder.

Run the following command to convert the click-to-run files into App-V 5.0 format:
setup.exe  /packager  Configuration.xml  Visio2013_StdVolume_AppV5
This saves the ".appv" and ".xml" files into a folder "Visio2013_StdVolume_AppV5"

Good luck
