This note is dedicated to Mindmanager 9.X, but I can not find relevant entry, so here it is:

To uncheck the "Notify me when updates are available" in the Option, you will need to create one DWORD entry in registry HKCU\Software\Mindjet\MindManger\9\Settings, "EnableNotifyUpdates" with DWORD value as "0".
