For custom installations, install the host on a test machine. From that machine launch NumaraRemotePush.exe and Select your MSI and output folder. On the properties tab, enter your installation serial # and any other properties you wish to change. On the features tab select you wish to install (typically all, but web updates). The configuration tab allows you to attach custom configuration files to the installation. We used this to disable prompting for permission before connection and to also hide the tray icon. In the top field, browse to your remote executable in the program folder (nhstw32.exe), then browse to the configuration files. On Windows 7 this is %ProgramData%\Danware Data\C\Program Files (x86)\Numara Software\Remote\Host. On XP, this is your program directory. Click run, and the remote host will launch. Make all of your configuration changes, then exit the program. Select the configuration files you'd like to include. Make any changes you'd like to make on the last two tabs, go to the build tab, and click the build button at the bottom. In the output folder you specified you'll find an msi and a new mst. Launch the installation to use the custom transform file.
msiexec.exe /i NumaraRemoteControlHost_UK.msi TRANSFORMS=NumaraRemoteControlHost_UK.mst
