Netscape Communicator 4.x stores the path to the user's profile directory in a binary file, in %SystemRoot%\nsreg.dat. This file is deleted and recreated while Netscape is running. Users need Full Control (!) to this file while the application is running, or they will be prompted to recreate their user profile on launching Netscape.

Using WinINSTALL LE:
I create msi packet .. when you try deploy it needs "write access" to Program Files\Netscape\User folder, or it doesn't work!? Well, i set write access to all.. then it "crash" silently, with normal user permissions. Administrator account works fine ... Somebody can help how normal user can start navigator?
