For downloading and predeploy the Remote Management Viewer go to your zcm server:
https://<ZCM-SERVERName>/zenworks-setup/?pageId=tools  and select the tab: Remote Management

By default the MSI will install in the user profile (%appdata%)
Create a transform to change this behaviour and install the application to C:\Program Files\Novel\ZENWorks\Remote Management:

1) In the Directory table change the ID_Novell Directory Parent value to ProgramFilesFolder (instead of AppDataFolder)

2) In the Directory table change the ID_MOZ Directory Parent value to ProgramFilesFolder (instead of AppDataFolder) and the DefaultDir to "Mozilla Firefox" for placing the mozilla plugin in C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\Plugins

3) Then add a new row in the Directory table:
Directory; ProgramFilesFolder
Directory Parent; TARGETDIR
DefaultDir; CFiles

4) Drop the AppDataFolder row

Please note that by default the necessary HKCU key's won't be placed since there are no repairs.
We fixed this in the Novel ZENworks Control Center, so key's will be placed when launching the shortcut to the zcm server URL.
