The "Action" Custom Action should be removed (or a condition configured in the InstallExecuteSequence table to never run this CA). This Custom Action displays the âPGP Global Directory Unenrollmentâ message box during uninstall. The "OK" button must be clicked to continue uninstall.
There is a typo in the Directory table in this vendor supplied MSI (at least in the 10.1.2.9 version) . There is a âSpainishâ entry in the Directory table (should be âSpanishâ). This can cause an issue when you remove the Spanish release notes shortcut, as all associated entries in MSI must be removed to avoid install issues (entries in the Component, Directory, and Shortcuts tables). Do a search of âSpanishâ and âspainishâ keywords in Orca to remove all entries.
If users are allowed to launch the repair button from within "Programs and Features", a Custom Action should be configured to restart the PGPTray process which is terminated on repair.
