For administrative install,

1. Place the installation CD in the target computer’s disk drive.

2. From the command line on the target computer, type: d:\Install\MI_PRO\DISK1\setup.exe /s /v"/qb USERNAME=\"MyUser\" COMPANYNAME=\"MyCompanyName\" PIDKEY=MySerialNumber ACCD=MyAccessCode"

NOTE: If you prefer, you can copy it (the content of DISK1 folder) on your network and call it from here.

Note
Do as Jeeppy says with the command line. This will install MapInfo but not activate it (if you have a single user licence with no licence server).

Keep in mind you need to have a internet connection and nothing blocking it as it has to call "home".

After using his command line, run the below to activate it with Pitney Bowes:
mapinfow.exe -ActivateLicense c:\FolderPath\ToLogFile.txt

To return the licence to Pitney Bowes:
mapinfow.exe -ReturnLicense c:\FolderPath\ToLogFile.txt

Note: the above needs to be run as a user, not as system as it has no profile. This worked for me in SCCM2007.
