The following is an example of using the installer from the directory where the Polycom RealPresence Desktop "MSI" file resides:

msiexec /qn /l* RPD_install.txt /i "RPD-release_2.0.0-xxxxx.msi"

When running the installation from a directory other than the directory where the executable resides, include the full path in the command:


msiexec /qn /l* RPD_install.txt /i "c:\temp\ RPD-release_2.0.0-xxxxx.msi"
