To disable metering you have to:

1- Disable metering on your device labels

2- Diable metering on your Software Catalog list. 

Disabling Metering on your device labels:

1- Go to Home > Label Management > Labels

2- Sort your labels by Metering (Click on the metering Icon 2 times to move the metering enabled labels to the top)

3- Check them using the checkbox from the left, you can also check them all by checking the Choose All box from the top left corner. 

4- Click on choose action and then Disable metering. 

Diable Metering on your Software catalog:

1- Go to Inventory > Software Catalog

2- Sort your software by Metering  (Click on the metering Icon 2 times to move the metering Softwares labels to the top)

3- Check them using the checkbox from the left, you can also check them all by checking the Choose All box from the top left corner. 

4- Click on choose action and then Disable metering.
