I came across this package as part of the Blackberry Desktop Software bundle.

If you get the MSI to run using the steps noted for some other Roxio products (e.g. removing the LaunchCondition 'INSTALLERDIR' or setting that property to '1') you will find that you end up with no shortcuts at install-time. You need to change the property 'INCLUDE_SHORTCUTS' from '0' to '1'.
