This worked for the 64-bit exe on a Windows 7 clean machine with App-V 4.6.1 sequencer installed.

Trying to do this application via exe command line switches was a failure. It doesn't recognize /?, /r, or any silent / quiet switches.

It does work with App-V 4.6.1 very well. Open up the sequencer and run through the install and change the file location to your Q:\ drive. Also I needed to run the SLBSLS_FILE.exe from a cmd line run as an administrator and I typed in my license server and pressed enter.

Then I needed to manually copy the QElan_PostProcess.py to the Q:\TECHLOG PATH\PythonScripts and overwrite the existing file.

I also allowed local interaction on the exe in the AppV Sequencer.
