Note
This way...

Step1 - Create an ini-File

PDFCreator-1_1_0_setup.exe /SAVEINF="[path]\PDFCreator-1_1_0.inf"

The setup starts and shows all options - the ini file was created with these options.

Step2 - run setup

PDFCreator-1_1_0_setup.exe /LOADINF="%SOFTWARE%\pdfcreator\PDFCreator-1_1_0.inf" /VERYSILENT /NORESTART /SP-

Uninstall with:

if exist "%PROGRAMFILES%\PDFCreator\unins000.exe" "%PROGRAMFILES%\PDFCreator\unins000.exe" /VERYSILENT' />
if exist "%PROGRAMFILES(x86)%\PDFCreator\unins000.exe" "%PROGRAMFILES(x86)%\PDFCreator\unins000.exe" /VERYSILENT'

No autoupdates with:

'REG ADD "HKLM\SOFTWARE\PDFCreator\Program" /v "UpdateInterval" /t REG_SZ /d "0" /f'

Options: (install and uninstall)

/silent ...shows all, but nothing to do for users
/verysilent ...shows nothing

Have fun. Greetings from Switzerland!

Command Line
Command Lines for PDFCreator v1.1.0

Silent installation without Toolbar and NoRestart:

PDFCreator-1_1_0_Setup.exe /SILENT /LOADINF="PDFCreator.ini" /NORESTART

The only unattended way to not install the toolbar seems to be to specify an (INF)file via /LOADINF=PDFCreator.ini with the content:

[Setup]
Toolbar=0
DontUseYahooSearch=0
Setup Information:
Setup Type: unspecified
Deployment Method Used: unspecified
Deployment Difficulty: unspecified
Platform(s): Windows

Note
My .inf file looks like this:
[Setup]
Lang=english
Dir=InstallPath
Group=PDFCreator
NoIcons=0
SetupType=custom
Components=program,ghostscript,languages,languages\english
Tasks=
Printername=PDFCreator
ServerInstallation=0
Win9xPrinterdriver=0
WinNtPrinterdriver=0
Win2k32bitPrinterdriver=0
Win2k64bitPrinterdriver=0
Toolbar=0

The "Dir=InstallPath" is due to im using a batch file to install with SCCM, and that is constructed like this:

for /f %%L in (PDFCreator_Install.inf) DO (
if "%%L"=="Dir=InstallPath" (
echo Dir=%PROGRAMFILES%\PDFCreator>>temp.TMP
) ELSE (
echo %%L>>temp.TMP
)
)
copy /Y temp.TMP PDFCreator_Install.inf
PDFCreator-1_1_0_setup.exe /LOADINF="PDFCreator_Install.inf" /VERYSILENT /NORESTART

It copies the correct %PROGRAMFILES% path into the .inf file.
