Here's an example at to how to run this setup silently... it must be copied locally and run from the location you copied it to:

md "c:\windows\temp\http"
.\xcopy ".\HttpW\*.*" "c:\windows\temp\http" /E /Q /R /H /Y

c:\windows\temp\http\httpwatchpro.exe /S /license=c:\windows\temp\http\httpwatch.lic

I do not have any info on a silent uninstall and don't believe there is one.

Just figured how to silently uninstall the product...here's an example as to how to do it:
