/SILENT - Silent installation with process bar
/VERYSILENT - Silent installation without process bar
/SUPRESSMSGBOXES - No message boxes like "do you want to overwrite..".

For Uninstallation you will can use the same switches but with the Uninstall EXE from Skype found in
"%programfiles%\Skype\toolbars\Skype for Outlook\unins000.exe"
