I've automated the setup by first run the "Setup.exe -r" option. The setup will show as normal, perform a normal installation on a test system. After the installation has complete, copy the file "C:\WINDOWS\setup.iss" to the installation source.

You now can run a full unattended installation by running "Setup.exe -s"
