Issue with outlook prmopt when terminating Tamael RMS application!!!!

If you are in an environments with an email setup (other than Outlook), Tamale RMS client will give an outlook error when terminating. Delete "C:\Program Files\Tamale\Microsoft.Addin.Outllok' dll so that this issue will go away
