Command Line

This a MSI package but the kind that is created with old Installshield software.

It requires you to run setup.exe, and one way is then to use a command line like this:

X:\path\setup.exe /s /f1"X:\path\yoursettings.iss"

The iss file is creted with setup.exe -r and is then found in you Windows folder.

In new versions of AdminStudio 7.5 you can actually recapture this, and then the Repackager will extract tha valid MSI information, and use this in the new package.

Note

It is also possible to use the property ISSETUPDRIVEN=1 to rund the MSI directly if you know which other settings you want to make via a MST file.
