With the new version of Cisco AnyConnect version 4.5, we wanted multiple components of it installed and just running the setup.exe required user interaction. I extracted the setup.exe files and pulled all the MSI files into one folder. Then created a batch file to install the desired components. In this case we wanted the main client and the diagnostic client. So my batch file reads:
After creating the batch file, I zipped all files up and attached that to the Cisco AnyConnect software under the Software Inventory. Then when creating the distribution, I choose to override the default installation and have it call the batch file. Works very well for us.
