It's an Inno setup...

Installation Silent:
PDFXVwer.exe" /SILENT /LOADINF="pdf.inf" /DIR="%ProgramFiles%\%InstallDIR%"

Uninstall Silent:
"%ProgramFiles%\%InstallDIR%\unins000.exe" /VERYSILENT /NORESTART /SUPPRESSMSGBOXES

On the first Start the program ask the question if you want to set it as standard viewer for PDF. This regkey sets it to - NO and don't prompt again.

HKCU,"Software\Tracker Software\PDFViewer\Prompts\ConfirmMakeDefaultPDFViewer","Show",0x00010001,0

They now have MSI's available for both 32-bit and 64-bit windows. Both accept the /qr option to run with just a progress bar. --MPJ

Command Line
As can be read in the according PDF from Tracker Software you can add the following parameters/options:

/VERYSILENT (no disturbance at all)
/SILENT (only requests essential informations during installation)
/NORESTART (no reboot after succesful installation)
/DIR (define a target directory for the installation)
/GROUP (name of Start menu group)
/COMPONENTS (define which components are installed: pdfviewer,LiveUpdate,Help)
/NOICONS (no desktop and START menü icons after installation)


So finally you might use for example:

C:\PDFXVwer.exe /VERYSILENT /NORESTART /DIR="D:\MyPrograms\PDFXChangeViewer" /GROUP="XchangeViewer" /COMPONENTS="pdfviewer" /NOICONS

It should be clear that you do not need all the parameters. Just feel free to use the ones which suit your needs.

To make PDFX your main PDF viewer add the following registry key:
