Tricky app to get working for normal users from a security point. If like me you have normal users wanting to use this application or a secure environment where the registry is locked down and so are file rights then you will need the following below. Power users/admins etc dont need the below.

It a combination of cacls to give users rights to the files they need access to and regdacl to allow them to be able to change the registry settings they need.
