Setup is buggy on 64Bit machines.

Throws error while trying to write some TCP/IP - entry into "Syswow64\drivers\etc\Services" - which doesn't exist.

Workaround (Empirum):
- Create the file prior to calling setup
- read the entry from the file
- append the entry to the services file under "System32\drivers\etc\"
