Used wise snapshot to create msi.
Installed PhotoJam with all defaults.
Did not launch the application in order to capture the license installation routine by the application on first launch.
Granted Full rights to Everyone on the application folder. Added an empty registry key ‘Licenses’ under HKLM\Software and granted it full rights to Everyone.
Compiled the MSI.
