Start a capture and install to D:\WT_DESKB\CLIENT etc. Reboot after installing.
When reboot is done, complete Package Capture
When merge modules prompt comes up to replace Crystal and Common Dialogue components accept all replacements.
Post Install configuration

In the WSI Editor
Move SQYANY70 Directory from the root of C drive to C:\Program Folders\
Change the target for the ODBC drivers (Point at the newly moved versions of the DLL’s)
Collapse all features into 1 “Complete” feature
Recreate all 3 shortcuts as the feature collapse broke them as entry points to the MSI
Compile MSI
