as it's a InnoSetup package.

You can record your silent setup response file using:

SkypeSetup.exe /SAVEINF="path\to\your.inf"

and play it back using:

SkypeSetup.exe /LOADINF="path\to\your.inf" /SILENT /SP- /NOCANCEL /NORESTART

Unfortunately the current version (2.0.0.103) ignores the choice of no desktop icon and creates it anyway.

Unfortunately the 'Do you want to remove user database and message history' dialog is not suppressible, but on my systems it uninstalled fine anyways.

Note

When performing the uninstall as mentioned, the message box 'Do you want to remove user database and message history' can be killed by killing the process "_iu14D2N.tmp" which is actually an executable dropped by the uninstall program in the TEMP folder. This will make the removal completely silent.
