Spent nearly 14 great years in the U.S. Army, as a Paratrooper-Communications/Nuclear Surety/Chemicals/Small Arms/Emergency Medic. Retired as a Disabled Veteran and still miss my soldiers and friends. After the military I used my skills with electronics and performed hazardous electronics work, then gained employment working for the State of Texas DOT Emergency Operations & 24 hour command center. The people were great but I needed a true professional & technical challenge. My needs led me to Dell and the great opportunities it provided. Dell took a chance on me and I showed Dell I was worth it by gaining knowledge, meeting great friends, supporting our business models and getting a few awards along the way. I enjoy life and all of it's great experiences it has. I stay busy with family. I playing/promoting Disc Golf where I am a member of the Professional Disc Golf Association and a Board Member of the Waterloo Disc Golf Club in Austin, TX. I appreciate the creativity of Photography where my work has been published in "Disc Golfer" magazine, Yahoo News, and many worldwide blogs and sites; additionally, I help lead an annual volunteer event called "Help Portrait" in Austin, TX where we give free portraits to those in need during the holidays. Frequently I volunteer my time and talents to my church. I enjoy the solidarity of Church and the fulfillment of volunteering to help others.
